Construction begins at The Base Ringwood on 93a Heatherdale Road.

2020 has been a challenging year for construction companies across Australia, but Sector Property Group is proud to announce that construction has commenced at its new development in Ringwood.

The announcement comes as they finish construction and prepare to hand out keys to purchasers at their sister development The Base Mitcham this month.

Construction is complete at The Base Mitcham with handover to purchasers this month.

Sector Property Group's long term construction partner C3 Construction have made good headway in spite of the lockdown restrictions that have been in place in Melbourne over the past months through a process of careful scheduling with our Project Managers.

The Base Ringwood will comprise 55 warehouse storage spaces along with the new Vic Roads Customer Service Centre once completed in 2021. Units vary in size from 19sqm to 125sqm with drive-thru and mezzanine units also on offer making them ideal for a range of commercial and domestic uses.
